Two months down. Now who thought I would have given up by
now? Go on, be honest. Well I’ve proved you all wrong. Cue my evil film baddie
laugh….wahahahahaha.
Ten months to go which means ten more months of people
saying ‘You’re not having a drink on your wedding day??!!’. It could be a long
ten months…
The charity money keeps on coming but much more is needed. I’ve
signed up for another 10k race in June and looking at two other half marathons.
Maybe as a side challenge to my year without alcohol I can run 100 miles in a
year? 19 miles run so far and another ten months to cover 81 miles. Now that’s
got to be worth a bit of sponsorship hasn’t it?
On Friday I am visiting Claire House to see where my charity
money is going. They are going to show me around the hospice to meet some of
the staff and kids. I’ll keep you posted.
Hi Ian - I really like this blog, but what would make it even better would be a big prominent link, if possible, on the right hand side, or at the top of every page, to your justgiving page... Keep up the good work
