Olympic Effort

Five months down...only seven to go. Someone recently described my challenge as an 'Olympic effort'. Whilst this was very kind of them it made me feel a bit embarrassed. Watching Team GB winning so many golds, I'm sure they've sacrificed a lot more than alcohol. Focussing all their efforts on a particular sport must be very hard and makes my challenge look easy in comparison. Team GB, I salute you. Your efforts are making a nation proud
