It’s been a busy week of exercise to keep my mind occupied.
Swimming two miles and a game of squash have left me cream crackered. Even if I
wanted a beer I don’t think I could muster the energy to get one. At least it’s
keeping me out of trouble, and out of the weather. Oh the joys of the Great
British summer. The rain doesn’t stop falling and summer seems to have ended
before it even started.
In other news, I’ve been contacted by the local press who
want to run a feature on me when I hit the six month mark and my Twitter
account now has 1600 followers’ @ianstove81 the good word is being spread. Not
yet following me? Join in the fun!

To cheer you up from the weather, here’s a picture of me
enjoying a glass of ice cold water last weekend...

Hi Ian,
ReplyDeleteGreetings from Canada!
Best wishes on your epic journey...if more people had your level of commitment and generosity, the world would be a better place.
