Five weeks into the challenge and I'm feeling good. I've lost weight, I'm sleeping better and I have more energy.
Frank Sinatra once said "I feel sorry for people who don't drink. When they wake up in the morning, that's as good as they're going to feel all day"
I'm sorry Frank, but you’re wrong. If you're constantly pickled then I'm sure you always feel great but it will catch up with you eventually. As I sat on the bus the other day we drove past a chap giving the V's to cars as they went by, in the other hand was a bottle of strong cider. I'm not sure he feels good when he wakes up.
